I called multiple companies to compare trip charge fees and so that I could get an idea of who has the most experience. Most companies were very close in price for the initial fee, and most companies phones either went to voicemail or it sounded like the person who answered was on a cell phone while they were driving. Valley's fee was $70 which I was comfortable with, the woman who answered seemed knowledgeable and honest, and it sounded like an actual office with people working there. They dispatched Nick out later that day and he was very nice and quickly went to work. The repair was simple and not too expensive plus they waived the initial fee.
