Local Expert GE Freezer Repair Service

When we had a problem with our GE Freezer on a Saturday afternoon, Judy fit us in same day and had a driver bring out the part so we wouldn't have to wait til Monday for the repair. We've since used them man times and every time they've managed to do the repairs the same day at a very fair price. I highly recommend them.

Our freezer started to warm up on a Sunday afternoon. Valley Services was able to send out a technician the same day but because the refrigerator was newer he did not have the part that he needed. He was able to temporarily fix the problem though and saved hundreds of dollars worth of meat that we had stored in the freezer. My husband is a chef and some of the things they saved are not easily replaceable. The technician returned the next day with the correct part and repaired the unit in less than an hour, and they did not even charge us anything extra for the trip out on Sunday.

My wife and I have used Valley Heating, Cooling & Appliances for decades. They actually went by certified home services when we originally started using their air conditioning services way back in the '80's! I've sent multiple letters and notes into the office over the years to thank them for prompt and affordable service. This is the first time I've reviewed the company on the internet (I'm a bit slow adopting new technology), but most recently Bernie, who we've seen a few times since the early 90's, stopped by because our GE refrigerator/freezer stopped working while we were away on vacation. Bernie fixed it quickly and stuck around to chat before taking off to his next appointment. We will continue to use Valley's services as long as they keep treating their customers like they've treated us all these years. 5 stars.
