The technician came on a prior visit to replace a part (wheel). The dryer was making "screaming" sounds. It worked for a few days and the sound started up again. Called the company, and the technician returned my call. He seemed to know what was causing it and explained that he would have to order a part. Stated he would be out on a particular. Showed up as promised, however the part that was provided was the wrong part. The technician left to purchase the part and came back the same day to install the part. Because there was a delay in installation, the company waived the charge. This is a good business practice, we would definitely use them again.

Another company that my home warranty company sent out attempted to repair our gas dryer. I contacted valley after two failed attempts by the other guys, and had a service technician out the following morning. The technician found nothing wrong with the actual dryer, and cleaned out the inside of the dryer and the vent that is connected in the back. He waited while we ran a load through quickly and confirmed that everything was working well. We will use this company for all of our appliances, as well as our air conditioning system in the future (sans home warranty).
