A burner on my amana gas range wouldn't light and a neighbor set up a time with Valley Services for a technician to come help. The service man called me when he was on his way and he did show up on time. He found the problem with the burner and had the piece on his truck to fix it right then. They gave me a senior discount and offered to check my ac out later too. I will be telling my neighbors about this honest and trustworthy company.

I wish that I had called Valley first but I called Company X and should have hung up the phone instead of letting them put me on their schedule. The man who answered the phone was rude, the service man was polite but inexperienced and he attempted to fix my amana electric range 3 times. I am still waiting on a refund. Fast forward and I found Valley Heating Cooling and Appliances on Angies List because they are close to my home and have an A rating. Jasmine in the office was very helpful and very sweet and scheduled Paul to work on my range. Paul was extremely knowledgable and actually chuckled when he saw what the other technician had done. He fixed the "repairs" the other company performed and then actually fixed my appliance. Valley charged me less than the other company and actually fixed the range. My wife is now happy and so am I and I will hand out Pauls card to anyone who needs appliance repair.
