I would rate this service 5 stars, which is something I usually don't do. The service and the people were excellent, the only downside was that the service technician was about 15 minutes late outside of the window they gave me. But, he did fix the appliance and also offered me a discount for the hassle which I appreciated. I will use this company again and have given their name and number to a couple neighbors already.

Valley is a very legit company. The owner answered my call at about 10 pm on a Saturday night and scheduled me for the next morning. My amana freezer started building up ice and then stopped cooling and leaking water. He told me what to do with my food to keep it from spoiling and had me unplug the fridge and lay down towels around it. The next morning the Ice was gone and the towels were wet and the technician arrived on-time at 8. He found a couple parts that needed to be replaced and I gave him the OK to repair my freezer. Everyone was very attentive and helpful and the price was reasonable.

I've had Bernie out many times on different appliances and also have had Alan Install my air conditioner and so I really like this company. The last time they helped me out was on my Amana chest freezer. The bummer was that the compressor failed on it, so it wasn't worth repairing but they did find me a new one and saved me a couple bucks. I always refer these guys when someone needs appliance or AC work.
