I went over a year with a busted ice machine on my fridge. On a recommendation from my neighbor, I called Valley Services. The technician diagnosed the issue very quickly. We had a new icemaker and a water valve installed. The service was very efficient and they gave me a discount because of my husband's military service. I have since referred a few people to this company and would be happy to use them again.

Mark G.Valley Services Ice Maker Repair Customer

My refrigerator was leaking water from the ice maker and caused the back of the fridge to turn into an ice block. I scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning, and the tech was on time. The repair took a couple hours because the technician, Chris, has to melt all the ice away before he could work on the ice maker. He told me the water was leaking into the icemaker and overflowing because of a switch. The repair was very reasonable given the time he spent on it and I haven't had any issues since.

Had a new ice maker installed. I requested an OEM ice maker from GE so the price was a bit higher than it would've been for the generic, but the process went smoothly and the wife is happy. 5 Stars.
