Our upright freezer had quit working three months prior to our service call. We needed to know if the freezer was worth keeping. The gentleman from Valley Heating Cooling and Appliance was very professional and kind. He could find nothing wrong with it so he just plugged it in and it has worked just right since then. He returned hours later to make sure it was still working. He also offered to come back at no cost if the freezer quit again in the next couple of months. I was thankful for the special offer I received through Angie's List. I was also thankful to come in contact with Valley Heating Cooling and Appliances.

The service was good. They came out pretty quickly after I purchased the Big Deal. I think they had to order the part and then, they came out. They were very good. Curtis, the owner, was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I have no complaints. There were no additional charges to the $74 Big Deal cost. Actually, the chest freezer is doing the same thing again. It just started a week or so ago, but I do not think it was anything he did or did not do. I think it is in the model probably. He is a small businessman, really on the ball, and really cares about what he is doing. Those are the things that stand out. That is rare nowadays. His prices were fair.

Very satisfied. I've used Velley Heating and Cooling in the past many times for many years. I have referred them to my clients (I'm a Realtor) who have been very satisfied with their service and professionalism as well.
