“To whom it may concern:
I was referred to your company by: Seven Cities Technology due to the fact that I thought I had a problem with my A/C. The gentleman that responded to my needs (unfortunately I cannot recall his name) came within one hour of the four-hour time frame in which I was quoted (10 am-2 pm).
The gentleman was extremely kind, he treated me as a person and not just as a dumb girl who didn’t know anything about A/C units, and to add an additional PLUS, the gentleman did NOT attempt to sell me anything that I did not need (Which I appreciated 100 fold).
He was overall the BEST person that I have ever done business with. He showed every concern towards me and the financial obligation that I have towards my electric bill.
Though it was determined my A/C unit was working properly, he went through the possibilities that might have caused my dilemma (my A/C would not go below 78 degrees and it would not shut off during the hours of 10 am and 7 pm).
We both came to the conclusion that I had actually caused my problem (due to my bad cooking practices) PLUS, he was kind enough to show my ways to save on my electricity bill. Seems the problem was in the duct work, not the A/C. Since then my house has turned into an icebox (Thank you SO much).
I wanted to say thank you for your SUPERIOR services. I have referred your company for future service many times.

Several weeks ago my 35 year old refrigerator iced up after not having performed well for several years. Your technician found that the defrost time, which had been installed 5 years ago by another company, was the wrong type. He went through considerable trouble to locate the correct part (no mean feat, apparently, when the fridge is 35 years old), installed it, cleaned up the inside, and really did a thorough job of putting it back together. He said it would be like a new refrigerator, and indeed it was working substantially better than it had before.
